A hot air balloon struck the roof of a primary school on the first day of the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta.
A video shows the balloon make contact with Oasis Academy Connaught in the Knowle West area of the city on Friday.
The balloon was one of about 100 which took off as part of an early morning mass ascent.
The school and Oasis Community Learning, which runs it as a trust, have been approached for comment.
