BBCA man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Leeds.
Police were called to Cardigan Road, Headingley, shortly before 16:30 BST on Friday, with emergency services providing medical treatment at the scene.
The man was pronounced dead at the location a short while later, West Yorkshire Police said, with the arrested 31-year-old man remaining in police custody for questioning.
A scene remained in place on Saturday morning, the force added, with investigation work continuing.

The man who died has not yet been formally identified, officers said, with an “increased police presence” in the area.
Det Ch Insp Stacey Atkinson, of West Yorkshire Police’s homicide and major enquiry team, said: “Sadly a man has lost his life in what appears to be a sustained violent attack.
“We are in the early stages of our enquiries to understand the circumstances of what has taken place but are currently not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.”
She added: “There have been a number of witnesses who have come forward already – I would urge anyone else with information that could assist our enquiries into this man’s death to please come forward.”
