Police were deployed to reports of a large gathering after hundreds were seen blasting music in a park in Leicester.
Footage taken by residents living near Bede Park showed the extent of the crowds that gathered on Saturday evening.
Leicestershire Police said an officer was attacked when they intervened in a fight between a number of women.
A 19-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker, and was given a community resolution.

The officer was not injured and the group were dispersed, police said.
Inquiries into reports of weapons being seen during the gathering are ongoing, the force added.
Sgt Steph Burnham said: “We know the incidents and volume of people in attendance may have caused some concerns within the local community.
“We would like to thank those people who reported the gathering to us, which allowed us to deploy officers swiftly to the area.
“Local officers will be carrying out patrols in the area to reassure local residents and if anyone has any concerns they are advised to get in touch.”
She has urged anyone with information about the gathering to get in touch.
