BBCThieves have stolen a cash machine from the wall of a bank in Horncastle.
Lincolnshire Police said the ATM was removed from Lloyds Bank in High Street sometime before 03:00 BST.
Photos from the scene show a large JCB blocking the road and a gaping hole in the side of the bank building, with debris littered across the pavement.
The force said High Street and Bull Ring had been closed while officers investigated the theft and warned the closure was “likely to cause disruption in the town”.
