Jersey PostChristmas themed postage stamps have been released for children in Jersey to use when sending their letters to Santa.
Jersey Post said its “Letters to Santa” stamps celebrated “the magic of writing a letter” to Santa Claus at Christmas.
Illustrator Richard Wake said the stamps were created with a “storybook quality” to capture the “warmth and joy” of the festival holiday during childhood.
The service said it would make sure any child planning to write and send a letter to Santa would receive one back from him “thanking them for their wonderful wishes”.
The stamps are available at its post offices on Broad Street in St Helier and Rue Des Pres in St Clement.
Jersey Post said letters to Santa should be posted by 12 December at any post box in the island.
