Enforcement Directorate says Bengaluru breeder S Sathish's Rs 50-crore wolfdog is a hoax
During the ED’s probe, it was revealed that Satish neither possessed the dog nor had any documentation to support the alleged purchase.

HYDERABAD: In a twist that has left authorities astounded, the much-publicised acquisition of an Rs 50-crore “wolfdog” by Bengaluru breeder S Satish has been exposed as a fabrication.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED), acting on reports of potential violations under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), conducted a search at Satish’s residence, only to find no trace of the exotic canine, Cadaboms Okami.
The story, which captivated audiences worldwide, claimed that Satish had imported a rare hybrid of a Caucasian Shepherd and a wolf, making it the most expensive dog globally.
Images of the majestic animal circulated widely, further fueling the narrative. However, during the ED’s investigation, it was revealed that Satish neither possessed the dog nor had any documentation to support the alleged purchase.
Officials discovered that the photographs used to substantiate the claim were of a dog owned by another individual. There were no records of foreign transactions, import licenses, or any evidence of an Rs 50-crore expenditure. The entire episode appears to have been a meticulously crafted publicity stunt.
