Of course, the Dhoni effect works best when the couple appears together. Styled by Shyamli Arora, Dhoni looked sharp in a deep blue and black Nehru jacket worn over a matching kurta. The embroidery on the jacket added texture without overwhelming the look. The outfit by designer Heena Kochhar drew its inspiration from the beautiful tradition of Khovar art from Ranchi, Jharkhand. The blue-black jacket, paired with a grey kurta and white pants, used fine aari embroidery to recreate those ancient motifs. It’s more than just an outfit; it’s a quiet, wearable tribute to the craft traditions of Jharkhand.
