For her signature rich plum cake, the dry fruits are soaked in spirits for two months to ensure a depth of flavor. On request, she also offers cakes made with fruits soaked for one year. The Christmas cakes are available in two sizes: 1 kilogram (₹1850) and 500 grams (₹950).
