A mother has been jailed for the manslaughter by reason of diminished responsibility of her two-year-old daughter who she drowned in a pond.
Annabel Mackey died in hospital after being pulled from Kingsley Pond in Hampshire on 10 September 2023.
Alice Mackey was given a four-year sentence at Winchester Crown Court.
The 42-year-old, of Oakhanger, was in a state of “diminished responsibility” at the time, according to two psychiatrists, the court was previously told.
