A man in his 50s has died following a fire at a residential property in County Londonderry on Wednesday.Police received a report of the fire shortly after 23:20 BST in Maple Drive in Coleraine. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the fire, and the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service also attended.The man was taken to hospital, but died as a result of his injuries.
