The main road through Ballymoney in County Antrim has been closed due to a fire at a building, the police have said.
Emergency services, including the fire service and ambulance service, are at the scene on Main Street on Tuesday morning, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
The PSNI said it would issue further updates in due course.
