Marie Williams loves Halloween so much, she celebrates it all year round.
The 42-year-old from Gloucester has spent decades decorating her house with witches, skulls, pumpkins and assorted other spooky ornaments.
“Halloween is my soul,” she said. “It’s the only time of year that I look normal, I feel normal.”
