Thames Valley Police said Andrew Dent, 54, of Desborough Road in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, had met with the women on separate occasions in 2024 – one in a West Berkshire hotel on the evening of 19 June and the other at an address in Henley-on-Thames on the evening of 26 October.
