An asylum seeker accused of killing a hotel worker by stabbing her 23 times with a screwdriver on a railway station platform was seen on video dancing after she died.
Deng Majek, from Sudan, denies murdering 27-year-old Rhiannon Whyte, who died three days after being attacked near Bescot Stadium railway station in Walsall, on 20 October 2024.
On Friday, jurors saw mobile phone footage that showed Mr Majek dancing near the hotel with an ambulance in the background.
Wolverhampton Crown Court has heard Ms Whyte was stabbed 11 times in the head, with one wound so deep it pierced her brain stem.
The jury was shown video of Mr Majek dancing less than 90 minutes after the attack, in a mobile phone video from a service user at the Park Inn Hotel, the court was told.
In the footage shown to the court, blue lights can be seen in the background, indicating emergency services attending to the injured hotel worker at the train station.
Further video seen by the jury showed the defendant dancing for about 15 minutes.
On Thursday, jurors were told Mr Majek sat smoking and drinking with friends in a car park after Ms Whyte died.

That video showed Mr Majek following Ms Whyte across the station car park and over the footbridge, jurors were told.
Mr Majek entered Platform 2 at 23:17 BST, the court heard, and emerged two minutes later, back onto the bridge at 23:19 BST.
Prosecution KC Michelle Heeley KC said it was in that two-minute period that the attack took place.
Further footage showed Mr Majek dropping Ms Whyte’s mobile phone into a river, jurors were told. The phone was later recovered by police divers, the court heard.
A train driver found Ms Whyte slumped inside the platform shelter at 23:22 BST after he pulled into the station.
Another CCTV clip shown to the court showed Mr Majek buying three cans of extra strong Belgian beer from a nearby off-licence at 23:47 BST, the court was told.
