On July 28, the tuition teacher called up the boy’s father at 9pm and asked him to pick up the child. He sent his elder daughter per usual. But she found her brother crying and burn marks on his right palm. His father also found injuries on the boy’s left hand and confronted the teacher. The teacher did not deny the act.
