Saracens flankers Nathan Michelow and Max Eke have signed new contracts keeping them at the Prem club.
Michelow, 22, made his first-team debut for Saracens during the 2022-23 campaign and went on to play six times in total that season.
After spending a year out on loan at Champ side Ampthill, Michelow returned to boyhood club Sarries and has made nine appearances so far this campaign – starting on seven occasions.
He received a four-match ban earlier this season for a tip tackle against Newcastle Red Bulls inside the opening two minutes – becoming the first-ever recipient of a ’20 minute red card’ in Prem history.
“It was a really easy decision for me to stay,” Michelow told Saracens’ website., external
“Sarries has been my club since I was 14, so growing up, learning and developing from some of the best players in the country has been amazing.”
Meanwhile Eke, also 22, endured an injury-hit start to his professional career but has since returned to fitness and played in Saracens’ narrow defeat by Munster in the Champions Cup in January 2025.
The versatile flanker – who can also play at second-row – spent a portion of last season on loan at Ampthill before returning to the StoneX Stadium.
“To re-sign with my boyhood club is something I’m incredibly proud of,” Eke told the club website.
“There’s a real belief in where this group is heading, and I’m excited to be part of what’s to come.”
The news comes seven days after it was announced fellow flanker Andy Onyeama-Christie – as well as wing Rotimi Segun – committed their futures to the club.
Saracens have not disclosed the lengths of either Michelow or Eke’s new deals.
